Nadia obtained her law degree from Trisakti University, Indonesia in 1999.
Before joining Rahayu and Partners in the position of counsel, she worked for Soemadipradja & Taher, a leading Indonesian law firm, for 13 years (2000-2013). She also had a secondment period as an international associate at a leading Australian law firm in Sydney, rotating between the corporate and projects groups (2003–2004).
During her practice career, she has worked on many of the major mining deals that have taken place in Indonesia, acting both for energy companies and the capital providers. Her reputation and strengths lie in the mining sector, including licensing, joint ventures and finance. She has worked on a number of high profile projects and advised a number of international companies in Indonesia. At Rahayu and Partners, Nadia has assisted with advising clients on construction, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and corporate turnaround. Nadia is a member of the Legal Committee of the Indonesian Mining Association.
