Our Principles

On Client.

    1. Our client’s interests always come first.
    2. We regularly receive confidential information in our work as part of our normal client relationships. To breach the confidence or to use confidential information improperly or carelessly would be unthinkable.
    3. Our business is highly competitive, and we aggressively seek to expand our client relationships. However, we must always be a fair competitor and never denigrate other firms.

On Firm-Client Relationship.

    1. Our principal assets are reputation and people, if any of these is ever diminished, reputation will be the most difficult to restore. Therefore, we are dedicated to fully comply with the letter and spirit of the laws, rules, and ethical principles that govern our conduct.
    2. Our success depends very much on our integrity and honesty. We expect our people to maintain high ethical standard in everything they do, both in their work for the client and the firm and in their personal lives.
    3. We want to create superior profitability for the firm. Profitability is critical to developing our firm, attracting and keeping the best people. We want to expand our size, big enough to undertake the largest assignment and projects that our client could contemplate, yet small enough to maintain the loyalty, the intimacy, and esprit de corps of our people.
