HISTORY
Rahayu & Partners Law Offices was founded in 2005. Founder and Managing Partner, Sri Rahayu, provides a rock-solid foundation for the firm with her business background, having worked both in-house for international banks as well as for a top-drawer international commercial law firm, where she provided banking legal advisory services to a long list of domestic and international banks. From 2017 until 2020 the Firm allied with HFW, an international law firm based in London, the United Kingdom. During that time the Firm has undertaken some of the largest and most high-profile cases and transactions for Indonesian businesses operating across a range of industries including energy, mining, commodities, aviation, shipping and maritime, and infrastructure. The Firm’s alliance with HFW has enhanced the ability of our team to provide legal advice to companies looking to participate in both inward and outward-bound international transactions as well as disputes including arbitration.
