Ayu holds a degree in law from Padjadjaran University and a master’s degree (LL.M) in Banking & Finance Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), University of London. She is a Chevening Scholar and currently completing Doctoral degree in Law (Economic Law), University of Indonesia. With a strong background in finance and legal regulations, She brings a unique perspective to her work, providing comprehensive guidance to clients in navigating the complex world of finance. Her in-depth knowledge of finance law allows her to offer strategic advice on financial compliance, risk management, and investment strategies. Driven by her passion for equality and her commitment to helping others succeed, Ayu continues to make a meaningful impact in the fields of finance law and women’s career development.
During her career she Ayu held senior positions in the banking industry, working as Counsel, Advisor or Specialist in Legal and Compliance and Risks. She serves as Independent Audit, Risk Monitoring, Governance Committees of banks and Risks Evaluation, Monitoring and Planning Committee of the largest public listed telecommunication company.
Ayu holds, Certified Enterprise Risks and Governance (CERG), Certified Risk Management in Banking Sector (BSMR), Registered Capital Market Lawyer with the Indonesian Financial Authority (OJK) and Member of the Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI). She is also an Accessor registered with Nasional Professional Certification Board (BNSP).
